kind of beauty…
The 6’ tall, 90 lbs., Barbie-figure, Photoshop-manipulated
beauty.
Because we live in a culture that worships that
kind of beauty, we have a tendency to swing the pendulum the other
way and say that it doesn’t matter how you look…that everyone is
beautiful in their own way…that you don’t really need to keep yourself looking
good.
And, if we’re not careful, we begin to think a
pursuit of beauty is a bad thing…
But it’s not…because God creates beautiful things.
God wants us
to be beautiful people inside and outside…
Not according
to culture’s standards but by His design"~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
