"Are you out of your mind?"
"Have you lost your mind?"
"Can your mind handle it?"
"Where's your mind at today?!"
"Is your mind engaged?"
All of these statements have been made about my mind...either by others or by myself. There are days when my mind doesn't seem to be "firing on all cylinders". There are times when my mind doesn't know what to do or even where to go for help. There are moments when my mind feels overwhelmed, overworked and overextended.
I'm glad about what I read today in 1 Corinthians 2:16...
"We have the mind of Christ."
This verse isn't saying that I'm going to fully understand how the entire cosmos works or delve into the depths of all knowledge.
But it does let me know that when I'm at the end of what my mind can figure out...I have an "open line" to something more in Jesus.
I have direct access to the mind of the Creator of all that exists.
