The vision is finally realized in Joseph's words..."God sent me before you to preserve life." (Genesis 45:5 ESV)When you do the math, you realize that Joseph waited 22 years between first sharing the vision God had given him and seeing it fulfilled. That's a long time to wait.
I trust God completely. I know He calls people into incredible purposes. I believe He gives clear direction to people when they seek Him. I realize He gives the resources necessary. But I don't know if I could wait that long to see it happen...that's a long time to wait.
What's the secret to waiting? I'm asking God as I wait.
