Over this past weekend, my wife and I were presented a gift that literally left us speechless. As many of you know, this is not a usual occurrence for either of us.Completely surprising us, our church family and friends gave us an all-expenses paid 5-day Cruise to Mexico to enjoy. Standing in front of them, we didn't know what to say. We were blown away at the magnitude of the gift and so overwhelmed at their gesture of love.
Isn't it awesome how love sometimes sneaks up on you?
Now that the dust has settled, I now have an adequate way of expressing my response..."Wow! You guys are amazing!" I think that's how David felt when his 3 soldiers brought him the water from the well in 2 Samuel 23.
Almost makes you wish you had friends and family like we do, huh?
